Both Michael and Sylvia have gone above and beyond their role as landlords from the moment we first viewed the student house. The house, which had just been refurbished, was ideally located just a short walk from the campus and the city centre. I honestly can't recommend them enough. From ensuring any faulty appliances were replaced within 24 hours, to allowing us to keep our cars safely parked at their own property whilst we were at home, nothing was too much trouble. Sylvia was also extremely supportive when there was a breakdown of friendships in the house, organising alternative accommodation for myself. Thank you both, I couldn't have wished for a better landlord or landlady!!!
